Orchard There is a small orchard planted by caravaners, where there are memorial benches. It's a centre for wildlife, and peace and tranquility, and makes the perfect place to sit and lose yourself.
Library and Information Centre There is a small library containing a range of different books. There is also a small Tourist Information area, with lots of different leaflets with things to do in the local area.

Limited free fishing on the River Tees There are a limited number of day passes to fish a 1 mile stretch on one bank of the River Tees. This will need to be booked in advance. Please enquire about season dates.
Areas to pet our donkey, horse, sheep and pigs  There are areas to pet all of our lovely animals along the full length of the Park. During summer they usually live in the field adjacent to the Park. Occasionally we have days where you can personally meet and greet them. We also have a working farm, so you will regularly see cows in the fields surrounding the Park.
Pet friendly with dog walking areas off Park Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times, and exercised off the Park. We are a very dog friendly Caravan Park, but as this is a working farm we need to be strict about our dog policy. We therefore have specific areas in which you can exercise your dogs, please enquire about this when you visit.
Modern, heated toilet block with chemical disposal There is a recently refurbished toilet/shower block, which has underfloor heating.
Laundrette Situated in the centre of the toilet block is a laundry, with washing machine, tumble drier and two deep sinks.
Gas bottle supply and delivery We supply and deliver to your caravan propane gas in 47kg and 19kg bottles.
Refuse collection and recycling complex Located at the entrance to the Park there is the main refuse collection and recycling complex. We encourage visitors to recycle as much as possible.
Drain down service on static caravans We offer a winter drain down service for all holiday homes if you would prefer not to do this yourself.

Mickleton Mill Caravan Park is a wonderfully peaceful and scenic family owned and managed caravan site and holiday park located in beautiful Lunedale and Teesdale and offering a range of Static Caravans, Touring Caravans or Self Catering Holiday Caravan Hire services.
